         The following images best depict the interior design of structurally predetermined spaces transformed with fixtures, fabrics, furnishings & art.  In most cases, the rooms were empty and tailored to the vision and functionality of each client.


The Doctor's new flat

The newly purchased flat came with existing furnishings to be used in the interim and then to be updated with all new furnishings.   Brief: A casual yet sophisticated design with an autumnal colour palette.

Living room - With the replacement of all of the existing  furnishing and the addition of a warm paint colour, palette, a built-in media/bookcase unit, and light fixtures, the room was completely transformed.

Second bedroom - This room was redesigned for a 10 year old with the

colour palette in keeping with his favorite sports team.




          The Luxury High-rise Apartment

              Brief : To update and redesign the existing rooms with the purchase of a few new furnishings and reupholstering others with the colour palette to center around the oriental carpets.

Office/ Den - A new colour palette used for the sofa, curtains and cushions recreated and lightened the room The Greek key pattern  , one of the client's favorites, was used on the cushions and curtain trim.

Living room - Seating reupholstered with the color palette referenced from the rugs and painitings transformed this room and lifted the mood.

Sitting room - A new sofa in a neutral fabric with royal and light blue cushions to tie in the palette from the adjacent living room was added. The existing ottoman was tufted and reupholstered in leather with nailheads, and a beautiful R Lauren lamp completed the look.


The London St James seven-story five en suite bedroom townhome

Brief : To furnish the home to appeal to a broad audience to assist with the sale of the property.  Following are a few of the rooms.

Entry room - A complete refurbishment with lighter paint colours and fabrics coordinated with the art for the furnishings & curtains, light fixtures, and inset wall mirrors, the room went from dark and moody to a light and sophisticated style.

 Library - A continuation of the lighter paint colour with the repositioning and addition of new light fixtures, floor coverings and custom furnishings.

Drawing room - Adjacent to the Library so new lighting fixtures and colour palette, and furnishings were selected to compliment each other.
